Audrey Nanimahoo releases the spirits in her unique stone carvings and pay tribute to our trailblazer, Gordon Bell. We’re creating Ash’s three favourite things Beans, Beef and Biscuits in the Cowboy Kitchen and legendary movie man John Scott shows us his side of the industry like you’ve never seen before.

This week we find out what one of Manitoba’s most successful businessmen, Irvin Goodon, is up to in semi-retirement. Canada’s first All-Around Cowboy, Carl Olson is our trailblazer and we hit the trails with the Back Country Horsemen of British Columbia. We’re mixing up an old favourite in the kitchen with Potato Salad and one of the Calgary Stampede Art Show’s most popular artists, Jody Skinner takes us into her world of horses.

If that wasn’t enough, John Rempel shows off his 40 plus years of memories of the Matador Ranch.

Canada’s largest first nation’s interpretive center, Blackfoot Crossing has something for everyone and it’s dessert day in the Cowboy Kitchen with No Bake Pineapple Cheese Pie… mmm, mmm, mmm!
